Website design is a professional collaboration that requires full
transparency between the designer and the client. This Website

outlines all responsibilities, deliverables, payments, ownership

project proceeds smoothly and prevents any misunderstandings
throughout the process
Contract Sections
1. Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this agreement is to design, develop, and deliver a professional website based on the client’s requirements. Services may include:
Custom UI/UX design
Graphic design of pages
Front-end development
Back-end development (optional)
Responsive design
Initial technical SEO
Testing and bug fixing
Final delivery and deployment
2. Project Timeline
The project will be completed in the following stages:
Requirement analysis & briefing
Wireframing and structure planning
UI design and visual mockups
Front-end & back-end development
Beta version delivery & feedback
Final revisions and testing
Official delivery & admin training
The exact timeline will be determined based on the project type and listed in the agreement appendix.
3. Designer Responsibilities
The Designer agrees to:
Follow professional standards of website design
Deliver the project on the agreed timeline
Maintain confidentiality of provided materials
Provide preview versions for approval
Fix technical issues within the warranty period
Provide training for website management (if required)
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide the required content (text, images)
Approve or reject designs within the agreed time
Make payments according to the schedule
Collaborate when needed to speed up the project
5. Payment Terms
Payment will be made in milestones:
Initial deposit
After approval of the initial design
After beta delivery
Final payment upon full delivery
Extra revisions or additional features will be charged separately.
6. Ownership & Copyright
Upon full payment, the following will be transferred to the client:
Final UI/UX design
Deliverable source code
Produced content
Raw design files (e.g., Figma, PSD) will be transferred only upon mutual agreement.
7. Support & Maintenance
After delivery, the Designer provides limited free support including:
Bug fixing
Minor adjustments
Answering functional questions
Long-term maintenance or major updates will be billed separately.
8. Termination Clause
The contract may be terminated in the following cases:
Failure of either party to meet obligations
Delays beyond acceptable limits
Mutual agreement
Completed work up to termination will be calculated and billed.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the matter will be taken to legal authorities
