AI / AUTOMATION / AGENTS

We turn artificial intelligence into an operating system for the business.

We turn repetitive work, standardizable decisions, system-to-system communication and data-driven operations into measurable workflows using n8n, APIs, AI agents and human approval.
01 / ORCHESTRATION

Processes, APIs, data and tools should operate as one controllable flow.

02 / INTELLIGENCE

AI creates value when it enters the right decision point with the right context.

03 / CONTROL

Human approval, permissions and guardrails belong in the architecture from day one.

04 / OBSERVABILITY

Every important execution should be logged, measurable, traceable and recoverable.

AUTOMATION SERVICES / 02

From focused workflows to agents connected to real business systems.

Automation is not about removing people. It is about removing repetitive work, reducing errors and getting the right information to the right person at the right time. We design around business process, risk and ROI.
01

AI Workflow Automation

We design Trigger, Validation, State, AI, Human Approval, Action, Logging and Retry as a maintainable workflow rather than a fragile chain of nodes.
Trigger · Validation · AI · Action · Logging
02

AI Agents & Assistants

We build agents that use real tools and data, operate within a defined scope, request approval when needed and hand off sensitive or ambiguous cases to people.
Agents · Tools · Memory · Human Handoff
03

Systems & API Integration

We connect WordPress, WooCommerce, CRM, ERP, forms, email, messaging and external services through APIs and webhooks into a shared operational flow.
API · Webhook · CRM · ERP · WordPress
04

Knowledge & Operational AI

We turn distributed organizational knowledge into controlled operational answers using search, RAG and knowledge bases for support, sales and internal operations.
RAG · Knowledge Base · Search · Support
AI SYSTEM LAYERS / 03

A reliable automation does not start with an AI model. It starts with process architecture.

01 / DISCOVERY

Process Mapping & Automation Scope

Before building a workflow, we map the process stages, triggers, decisions, exceptions, SLAs and the points where automation creates measurable value.
02 / CONTEXT

Data, Knowledge & State

Data sources, context, state, interaction history and knowledge sources define what the model should know at each step—and what it must not access.
03 / INTELLIGENCE

Models, Agents & Decision Logic

Models, prompts, tool calling, agent loops and decision rules are selected based on risk and output requirements, not simply on whichever model is newest.
04 / ORCHESTRATION

Workflows, APIs & Integrations

n8n or the appropriate orchestrator connects APIs, webhooks and services into modular flows with explicit success, failure and recovery paths.
05 / CONTROL

Human Approval, Permissions & Guardrails

For sensitive actions, we define human approval, role permissions, limits and escalation so AI never takes consequential action outside a defined boundary.
06 / OBSERVABILITY

Logs, Retry & Performance Intelligence

Execution logs, error logs, retries, alerts and operational KPIs keep the workflow observable and improvable after deployment.
AUTOMATION DELIVERY / 04

An engineered cycle from process discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.

01

Map

We map the process, trigger, inputs, outputs, exceptions and the current cost of manual work.
02

Design

We design workflow architecture, data contracts, agent roles, guardrails and human checkpoints.
03

Build

We implement workflows, integrations, prompt/agent logic and actions as modular components.
04

Validate

Normal scenarios, edge cases, failure modes, permissions and output quality are tested before production.
05

Deploy

Credentials, environments, logging, alerts and runbooks are prepared for stable and supportable operation.
06

Optimize

Using real execution data, we measure cost, time, error rate and output quality and continuously refine the system.
TECHNOLOGY & INTEGRATIONS / 05

We choose technology for the problem, not the problem for the technology.

Analytics / Logs / Monitoring
RELIABILITY PRINCIPLES / 06

Automation creates value when it remains controllable, secure and recoverable.

GUARDRAILS

Human-in-the-loop

AI should not have unlimited authority in sensitive operations. Human checkpoints and escalation paths are designed into the workflow itself.
RESILIENCE

Retry & Error Handling

Timeouts, rate limits, API failures and invalid outputs need explicit recovery paths. Retry and fallback are part of the initial architecture.
SECURITY

Permissions & Data Boundaries

Credentials, access scopes, sensitive data and allowed actions are constrained so each agent receives only the minimum access it needs.
MEASUREMENT

Logs & Business Outcomes

Execution volume is not the business outcome. Time saved, errors reduced, response speed, conversion or operating cost should be measurable.
FAQ / 07

Before starting an AI & Automation project.

Processes that are repetitive, have clear inputs and outputs, move information between multiple systems or contain decisions that can be standardized are often strong candidates. We evaluate business value, risk and exceptions before building.
No. Authority should be proportional to risk. For sensitive financial, legal, publishing, data deletion or high-impact customer actions, we design human approval and constrained action boundaries.
Yes. n8n is one of our primary orchestration platforms, but the architecture is not limited to one tool. We can combine APIs, webhooks, databases, WordPress/WooCommerce, CRM, messaging systems, AI services and other platforms as required.
A production workflow needs an explicit failure path. Timeout, retry, fallback, queueing, alerts and human escalation are designed according to process criticality so one service failure does not stop the entire operation.
NEXT MOVE / 08

You do not need scattered prompts. Build an AI Operating System.

We start with an Automation Audit: processes, tools, time loss and risk are mapped into a prioritized roadmap for workflows, integrations and AI agents.
